Orders   

Payment is made at the time of order. Once your payment has been processed and we have both confirmed your order, our agreement with you becomes established. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Refunds and Returns.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods to you at the Delivery Address and will make every effort to deliver within 14 days. However, while we make every effort to deliver by this date, all dates specified are estimates only. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Sunbeat Now if an order does not arrive.

You agree that when our courier is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.

Sunbeat Now will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place and will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

You agree that, late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.    

Refunds and Returns

If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, you may email us and we will assess your request for a credit or refund of the purchase price.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
